Metabolism Boost - If your kidneys are not getting enough water, the liver has to stop metabolizing fat and help the kidneys process waste. If you are fully hydrated, the liver will work overtime metabolizing stored fat.

System Cleansing - Drinking water can help to reduce the number of fat deposits in your body. Water keeps the system clean and free of toxins.
