Thirty-eight and a half million visitors enjoy the sound and sights of Las Vegas every year. Las Vegas is the most populous city in the state of Nevada United States and an internationally known gambling vacation entertainment and shopping destination. It was established in 1905 and officially became a city in 1911.and it is the largest U.S. city.

With so many things to see and do in the is Adult Playground you can not do them in one day. The city has world class casinos hotels nightclubs sporting events adventure tours famous shows and art thrilling rides.

The Las Vegas Monorail runs on the east side of The Strip. The Deuce is a double decker bus which provides service to most major resorts on The Strip.

When Dean Martin died in 1995 the lights along the strip were dimmed in a sign of respect to him and in 2005 Las Vegas renamed Industrial Road Dean Martin Drive.

Major attraction in Las Vegas are the casinos and the most famous ones line Las Vegas Boulevard South also know as the Las Vegas Strip.

Downtown Las Vegas began to suffer in the 1990s when the Strip expanded. This is when Fremont Street Experience was built to draw tourists downtown. Fremont Street is located in the heart of the downtown casino such as Golden Nugget, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino and the Binions Horseshoe.

The attraction is a barrel vault canopy which is 90 feet high it covers four blocks and 1500 feet. Before each show starts the casinos turn their outside light out, the street are blocked for safety reasons. The initial display contained about 2.1 million light bulbs controlled by 32 computers located in kiosks on the mall. The sound system, using speakers suspended over the mall, was rated at 350,000 watts. The underside of the canopy is covered with an LED display and built by the L G Corporation, programmed to show periodic sound-and-light presentations after dark.

Almost all stores and restaurants are open 24 hours a day for you night owls. Within walking distance or a short drive from all major resort hotels, shoppers will find vast malls displaying a wide range of products to satisfy those in search of bargains, eateries, afternoon entertainment, domestic and imported merchandise, brand names, fine art, couture creations, casual and fine attire, diamonds and gold. You will not be disappointed if you like shopping. Las Vegas has every thing from Prada to Fendi.
